GWS v St Kilda Match Review

Umpires, we would not have a game without them. I teach he kids I coach to always respect them, be grateful for them. Never blame them. Good or bad, I have thanked them after every one of my 669 games to date.

Yet I don’t want to give my heart to robots.

When a 50 metre penalty was given against Daniel McKenzie from the Saints for pointing out he touched a ball he clearly touched, I turned off my telly.

Maybe I’ll find my love of it again with absence, maybe not, but right now, AFL, you’ve lost me. A life long, dedicated supporter.

Policing body language? Good luck with your product.
