Almanac Teams: Players that have played in a premiership or grand final for two clubs
This week’s teams are based on players that have played in a Premiership and/or Grand Finals for two clubs.
With the premiership team I based on from 1970 onwards instead of my usual 1980 to make up the numbers to 19. The team lacks for balance but they form an elite group.
The grand final team is based on players who appeared in at least one from 1980 onwards, so Craig Davis is picked as he had one in the 1970s and one in the 1980s. There were 34 players I counted and 13 of those did not play in a premiership; they take priority.
