AFLM Footy Tipping 2022

 

Thanks for being part of the 2022 comp. Congratulations to Tigers2inarow. And Geelong won the teams event – it was a good year for Geelong tipsters.

 

We had a field of 196 tipsters, which included about 20 kids (either notified by a parent, or I recognised them)

 

Of the adults, 98 paid the $10 entry fee.

 

 

The winners:

 

Top tipster for the year:                Tigers2inarow   151   ($600 and Almanac membership for 2023)

 

Second place:                                  James Lang who tied with about 10 others on 147 but had the lowest cumulative margin. ($150 and membership)

 

Winner of the kids’ comp:            Anna Harms       147  ($50)

 

Teams winner:                                 Geelong – Anna Harms, Dinahcat, Baethan Muller, Morag M ($50 North Fitzroy Arms voucher each)

Round winners:

 

The remaining cash covers the cost of postage for the round prizes. Round winners, please choose a book from the Almanac shop and let me know via email. Rounds 1-14 have been notified. A few winners are yet to respond. Check your messages.

    To all those down at Sleepy Hollow, congratulations on an exceptional year. You were by far the better side all season and topped it off with a matchless September. And without the slightest suggestion of the Kiss of Death, you have recruited well and look set for another glorious era.
