Understandable response, Jan. I can’t watch the 2015 NRL Grand Final either – there’s still some inflammation under the scars!
Can’t watch 1970, 2018 and 2011. I managed to watch 1977, both bits, after 30 years and 1966. But I got into the habit of avoiding the grand final altogether if Collingwood was playing, and hoping for the best. This has worked two times…
Far too soon……by about 20 years. Only after the pennant again flies above the Sydney and/or South Melbourne Town Halls will there be any mental space for such a forgettable day.
