Almanac Footy History: ‘Footy Frontiers and Pioneers’ at Payneham Library on May 23rd

G’day Almanackers,

We’d like to share an upcoming Australian Society for Sports History (ASSH) related event in South Australia. Great friend of the Almanac, Bernard Whimpress, has forwarded the details for tomorrow’s talk with Norwood’s Chris Brown as part of the South Australian History Festival.

Concerning the origins of the famous Norwood-Port Adelaide rivalry, the talk will run from 6:30 to 7:30pm at Payneham Library in Felixstow.

It’s free, but you must book in advance. Find out how at the link HERE.
