Poetry: The Man from Moe
Craving interaction,
a lonely chap from Moe,
enters Young and Jackson
and has a pint with Chloe.
This poem appears in Strange Game in a Strange Land, a volume of short, playful (mainly footy) poems forthcoming from Wilkinson Publishing. Details to follow.

Love it Damian.
All the best with the book mate, I’ve just ordered a copy.
Love it
Love it Damo ! 1989-90 were my roaring days at Y&J’s after work. Pots in those days. No sign of pints. And of course, Chloe looked even more desirable after a few pots.
Looking forward to purchasing and reading the book, Damo.
Good luck with it all.
When we first arrived in 92 our must sees were the G, Chloe and the Espie. None of them let us down. And we’re not even from Moe!
Love yer work DB!
