Opening Round – Haiku Bob: stacking up

finally autumn —
stacking up
whistles and boos

sticky night —
nothing
sticks

first game —
the debutant
calls for it again

two goals down still holding hands

season opener —
Pendlebury
still Pendlebury

waxing moon —
the game turns
our way

old legs —
still there
at the siren
