    There were many King Davids in Canberra in the ’80s, except they tended to kill the girlfriend/wife rather than the husband/boyfriend. This story from the Bible is relatable to most of us more than other bits of the Old Testament.

    One enterprising lad shot his girlfriend and staged a car accident to cover it. He then decided to kill some of her relatives who were agitating for a coronial inquiry. This time he was caught and the cops reopened the inquiry on the original murder. A throw away the key job, but he nearly got away with it…
