Balcony Banter – Richard Murray: More than a game

Lawyer Richard Murray is a Hawks fan who spends his spare time playing the guitar or board games, watching and playing sport or going out with friends. Originally from the Southern Highlands of NSW, he studied law and science in Canberra before heading to Melbourne for the football and Melbourne’s famous lifestyle.

In a recent Balcony Banter article, Richard shared a tribute to his late grandfather, Lionel Raymond Murray, in which he demonstrates yet again that there is great meaning in footy.
