Entree – Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup with Basil Mascarpone

Mains – Roasted Dukkah Spiced Duck Maryland with Ratatouille and Red

Wine Jus


 Roasted Rump of Wagyu Beef, Garlic Mash Potatoes, Broccolini

and Pepper Sauce

Dessert – Cheese Platter
