The Creedence version of ‘I Heard it Through the Grapevine’ is still one of my favourite songs. It gets a regular run on the CD player to and from work. Great guitar solos and also lends itself to a bit of ‘air drumming’.
I first became aware of ‘You Suffer’ when it was used as a character’s bitcoin alert in the show ‘Silicon Valley’. It just plays randomly throughout the episode. We just had to download it.
Thanks Greg. You Suffer has an earnest, apocalyptic brevity that is also hugely comedic. It must crop up in pop culture all over the place! I shall investigate.
