The Blasters in action

Five episodes so far in season 2 of The Bulls Podcast. Check it out on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

The club’s coterie group, the ’12th Man Club’ is doing a brilliant job raising funds and engaging supporters. Now with well over 50 members, it’s a great time to join in on the fun, contact Churchy or a committee member for info on how to be involved.

The Pomborneit CC Christmas party as always was well supported and a fantastic evening. S.Claus did have strong competition though as an E.Wood interaction was at least equally sought out by the younger Bulls brigade.

The time honoured “Bullnanza” draw returns on Saturday, February 26th from 6.30pm at the Pomborneit Recreation Reserve. BBQ tea, live music from local artist Lewis Oborne and great prizes on offer. Tickets available now, contact a club member for details.

  1. Kevin Densley says

What a fine sense of community is shown in posts such as this one!

  2. Agreed, KD. I’m always happy to hear about Pombo – one of my favourite community cricket clubs despite having never seen a ball bowled in anger at their ground!

All thanks to their tireless secretary!

  3. A comprehensive report. Thanks.

    3 votes: S. Claus.

  4. Daryl Schramm says

Proud club. Proud dad. Well done. And I think I may not know how to pronounce the club’s name.

  5. Citrus Bob says

Great stuff Bulls and Bullettes. I love reading about any cricket club and their on field/off field performances.
Have spoken to Joey Root about bringing his team down for a game but they are afraid to leave their bubble.
Congratulations and keep up the good work in your community.

  6. Great work Luke, Deb is a Monty for a Hat Trick next year
