Almanac Footy: Mental Health and Wellbeing with Dr Ben Robbins and Dermott Brereton


Dr Ben Robbins played 92  games across his AFL career with Brisbane and North Melbourne.  Ben holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with his doctorate investigating the psychological wellbeing of professional athletes, and he is now Head of Mental Health and Wellbeing at the St Kilda Football Club.


Dermott Brereton interviewed Ben on SEN Radio this week on a show about mental health and wellbeing in sport. You can listen to the program below.
