Almanac Cricket: Great cricket stories from the Footy Almanac vault

‘Harry, Lord Reserve Carnegie’ – Kate Birrell

Since 2009 The Footy Almanac has published many cricket stories on our website.

We have published reports of Test matches, stories about backyard cricket, even a beach cricket match, and much, much more. The list is endless.

There are book reviews of some of the finest cricket books published over that period, biographies of well known cricketers and the not so well known, stories of old cricket grounds, in fact anything related to cricket you will find in our archive. There will be a story of interest for all cricket lovers.

Why not take advantage of a break in play during the current Test to check out some of the wonderful stories on our site.
