Celebrating The Ashes and Test Cricket Luncheon

 

 

On Friday, 26th May, the Society will meet at the William Angliss Restaurant which is located at 550 Little Lonsdale Street in the City – just off Spencer Street for a luncheon to celebrate The Ashes and Test Cricket.

 

Our Special Guest is Bryce McGain.

 

Entry to the Restaurant is at 550 Little Lonsdale Street which is close to Spencer Street. It is a 10- minute stroll from Southern Cross Station and, for those travelling by car, almost opposite to the Station Carpark, the entrance of which is from Spencer Street.

 

Reservations for the Luncheon are now open – at [email protected] or by calling Wayne Ross on 0416 983 888. The cost is $80 for members and $90 for non-members. This includes a 2-course meal, coffee or tea plus tickets for the raffle (all attendees will be automatically entered into the Caring For Cricket raffle). Drinks can be purchased from the bar. They will accept cash or Card (however not Amex or Diners).

 

Payment can be made as follows:

 

Via Direct Deposit to Australian Cricket Society – BSB: 633-000, Acct #: 143226314

 

By cheque made out to Australian Cricket Society – PO Box 4528, Langwarrin, 3910.
For those paying directly to the Society Account, please provide your surname plus “Ashes” as the reference. If you are paying for more than yourself, add “x (the number attending)”.

 

You can also pay using the Tyro transaction. This can be done either by phone to 0416 983 888 or by email to [email protected] I will require the card number, expiry date and the 3-figure number shown on the back of the card.

 

It would be appreciated if you could book by Thursday, 18th May 2023.

The Luncheon starts at 12 midday and will conclude at 2.30pm. The bar will open at 11am.
