Dips O’Donnell first met Chris and Renee Ballard about 25 years ago when they were starting out in commercial design. He immediately recognised their talents as designers and was also attracted to their mischievous bonhomme, their sense of fun and their love of conversation. Now they run their own business, Lex Design, a successful Sydney-based agency that has clients nationally and internationally.
Recently Renee asked Dips if she could interview him for her Lex Talk Design podcast (available on Spotify), to chat about the financial, accounting and administrative considerations for design and creative businesses wanting to thrive, not just survive.
