Love it, Pards
Thanks Smokie. I’m not sure he really had it. He’s alright now though.
Love rhyme, fantastic read!
Sandra
Thanks Sandra. I like rhymes too. Especially half rhymes and ones in the middle. Here’s a beauty:
You canna hand a man a grander Sandra
So Uncle Pat’s got the Covid hey, Pards? No fun. Hopefully he sees it out. Sadly 8,000 Australians this year haven’t seen it out, with around 45 of us dying each day.
In light of the huge numbers of Australians getting infected, dying I find it strange the AFL has now revoked its mandate that to train and play you need to have had at least two doses of the vaccine. Yep, the AFL,like so much of Australia feels its moved on from the pandemic; the pandemic isn’t necessarily providing that option.
If this is the much vaunted ‘living with Covid’ so be it . I’m off for my 4th shot this arvo, stay safe.
Glen!
