AFL Round 9 – Haiku Bob – the yellow leaf

autumn breeze

the whole team

unsettled

stars out

only for a while

our lead disappears

full moon

the game revolves around

Dangerfield

blowing leaves

the forward line empties

refills

a yellow leaf

bouncing to and fro

scores level

autumn night

the full-forward shoots

beyond his range

drought

our scoring

dries up
