Round 13 – Haiku Bob: No Demons
Dear Almanackers,
This week I fly to Japan to attend a haiku conference in the home of haiku, Matsuyama. I will give a presentation on Australian haiku and sit on a panel discussing haiku outside of Japan. I will try to slip in a Daicos haiku along the way!
Cheers,
HB.

bright sun today anyway no demons
crisp winter sun
the player who hardly gets a game
kicks a goal
catching
the shape of the wind
a snap from the pocket
moonrise Sidey’s speccy
waxing moon
closing in
on another win
baaaaaaaaallll!!!
the echoes
we make
every bellyacher
joins the chorus
magpie song
train home
choosing our goal
of the day
