A small army of netball -types descended on the Parkville State Netball and Hockey Centre last windy Saturday for Round 1 of the Spring season.
Players, coaches, umpires, supporters, admin staff and others – all there for each other – and to play a game.
As team co-manager of the Under 13E Brunswick Penguins, I aim to encourage players to write match reports. We’ll see how we go.
For this Round 1, I found a volunteer writer close to home.
