Haiku Bob – Round 7: nature calls
May 9, 2019 by 4 Comments
nature calls
missing by moments
a much needed goal
goal fest –
almost seems alive
the opposition full-forward
a football match
wedged between parenting
and divorce
autumn colours
each goal a shade
different
the sound of a goal
being kicked
from an impossible angle
big lead
I lie to myself
that everything’s ok
after the win
my daughter promises to go to bed
again
