watching the game ~
soon settling into my fear
of losing
end to end ~
the Sherrin threads
the night
late autumn
the forward line
in pieces
on the sideline
injured players
glow in the gloom
half moon ~
the joy and the pain
of a close finish
same old moon ~
we give up
an early lead
autumn darkness ~
our latest defeat
has the run of the house
