bottom falls off
more than once
this love has pushed me
into misery
monday night football white collared footy jumpers
brittle night
the bottom falls off
our game plan
the moon outside
many of our kicks go
in search of it
if the roof were open
more stars would saunter
through our defence
another winter looms
Rocca’s kicking has long tested
this friendship
flogged again
not-so-old men wax lyrical
bout the good ol’ days
