Commonwealth Games 2018 – Netball: Catching up with Lisa Alexander
The Commonwealth Games is less than three weeks away and it’s a sporting festival more than anything else. Some events can be more participatory than competitive.
However, the netball tournament is certainly an exception. The best in the world will be at the Games.
It was terrific to share the Offsiders’ set with Diamonds’ coach Lisa Alexander this morning. She has had a very interesting life as Martin Flanagan found out in penning this story about Lisa for The Age:

Remember that one well, JTH. It was a Flanners special.
It is always nice to read a piece which gives us real insight into the person who we think we know.
Brunswick East to the State Netball and Hockey Centre can be a long trip on a Saturday morning.
But Leongatha trumps it.
Looking forward to following Australia’s fortunes at the Commonwealth Games.
Loved reading this.
