Almanac Teams: For Your Eyes Only

In anticipation of the soon-to-be-released James Bond film No Time To Die, I thought it might be timely to select a team with a James Bond theme.

This team consists of actors, directors, characters, musicians and – of course – Bond’s vehicle of choice. If the team at times appears too obtuse, I have generously provided a guide to assist. My feeling is that whilst this team at times might get shaken, it would never be stirred. In fact, they would frighten the living daylights out of many an opposing team. The coach’s final instructions might even be that they have a “licence to kill”.

Not that I’m aware of Mark D, although my stats often went 0 kicks, 0 marks, 7 fumbles.

  5. Karl Ditterich -(the St Kilda enforcer) because he broke “jaws”

Barry “Armstrong” Carlton – Moonraker !!

Quentin Hull (ABC) commentator would be the media relations person nick name “Q”

  8. Thanks for all the comments.

There were many names from which to choose. I did have Chris Bond in the team, but decided to “manage” him.

Mickey, I still cannot believe that there was a Rex Job who played a game. I do wonder if his nickname was “Odd”?
