Almanac Poetry: ‘how to make a basket’ – Jazz Money

Adelaide Writers’ Festival never fails to impress, and 2022 was no exception. I particularly enjoy poetry so I endeavour to attend sessions featuring poets. Fortunately there was a variety to chose from this year. One session I attended entitled ‘Once and Future’ featured two of Australia’s most exciting young poets, Jazz Money and Evelyn Araleun (I’ll post a poem from Evelyn next week). They read from their recent released collections of poetry, and I was taken by the title poem of Jazz’s book.
