Here at Stereo Stories we mainly publish short memoirs about old-ish songs.
Every now and then, though, a writer sends in a story about a contemporary song (Team by Lorde, When A Fire Starts to Burn by Disclosure).
And, very occasionally, a writer sends in short fiction rather than memoir.
Here, then, is an 800-word story set in a Sydney laundromat based around Hotline Bling by the rather popular rapper Drake.
Check it out at our partner site Stereo Stories.
