I received this email today:
Howdy JTH
The GF is looking dry, fairly sunny and warm, getting to about 27 degrees (although cooling a bit by the end of game) with breezy northerlies – good for any WA team.

Good work BD good to have a meteorologist on hand – every footy fan needs one
Hope it’s 36 degrees.
BD when rain was forecast during that lovely showdown final said book it will rain a bit at half time he was 100 per cent correct ( good to have BD on board )
That could be an advantage if West Coast wins tonight.
Nice! A gorgeous 24 degrees for the SANFL Grand Final at the Adelaide Oval tomorrow. Wagon temporarily hitched to the Bloods
