Comments

  1. I have always loved that cartoon of AR Border by Spooner.

  2. Luke Reynolds says

Wonderful innings from RC “Jack” Russell. One of my favourite cricketers ever. One of the most eccentric international cricketers ever. His batting never really reached these heights again. But up there with Darren Berry as one of the best two pure keepers I’ve ever seen.

What a moment when DC Boon swept the winning runs.

Spooner was always fantastic. I have a great pic somewhere he did of Peter Daicos.

  3. Luke Reynolds says

Did this piece on the great RC Russell way back in 2014-
