Is Number 36 the tipping point? Rodney Boyd is starting to dig deep for his best sides series, though the Magpies have had no shortage of quality in the jumper!

Round 7 – Brisbane v Port Adelaide: Lions get on the motorbike to overrun soft Power

Nick Kossatch had a big day of footy that started with his 16-year-old’s first senior game in Rocky and concluded with a trip to watch his Power down the road in Brisbane – the results didn’t fall his way, but that’s footy sometimes!

Round 4 – Port Adelaide v Richmond: Port make a point(s) against the champs

After a rough trip to Perth, Nick Kossatch’s Port Adelaide were mighty in their defeat of the reigning premiers. Both sides put in a power of work but were far from their best due to injuries, setting up an intriuging plot for further clashes between the finals aspirants.

Round 17 – Sydney v Brisbane: Dr Terence Elliot and a Fitzroy Lost Boy in the shadow of the Tigers

Torrid conditions in FNQ saw the Lions best a spirited Swans outfit and lock in a top 2 finish, though Shane Reid has been wondering (tongue in cheek) if it’s all just palaver leading up to an inevitable crushing by Richmond?

Round 17 – GWS v Sydney: I could gloat – but I refuse!

Round 3 – Sydney v Collingwood: Light in the Dark

Grand Final 2016 – Sydney v Western Bulldogs: The Winds From the West

Who can remember the details of a lost Grand Final? A DVD and a bag of lemons as Mathilde de Hauteclocque practices the calm now the storm is over.
