Fitzroy Football Club event – lunch with Barrie Cassidy and Ged Kearney (July 14)

 

 

The Fitzroy Football Club’s Reds Foundation is hosting its annual political lunch next Saturday (July 14) with ABC political commentator/host of insiders/gameday at BSO attendee, Barrie Cassidy and nurse/union leader/member for Batman(Cooper), Ged Kearney.

 

Both keen footy fans, Ged and Barrie will be on hand to discuss political issues in the Federal arena both big and small & quite possibly their predictions for the Roys going into the Jellis Craig Game with the Peninsula Pirates in the afternoon.

 

Lunch is scheduled at 11:30AM for 12:00PM sit-down and all bookings should be made before close of business on Wednesday, July 11.

    What a fantastic offering. Ged is our member and Barrie is as good a political pundit as you could get. Small point, isn’t FFC a part of the Melbourne electorate? I might have to come along to remind Ged that her true allegiances are a little further up the road in Preston. And Rezza. And Thomastown. With us hoi-polloi. Not down their with the elites and bluebloods of old North Fitzroy town. Cheers
