Announcing The Women’s Footy Almanac 2018

We are thrilled to announce that after securing support from our wonderful sponsors and patrons, we will be producing another edition of The Women’s Footy Almanac book to cover the 2018 season.

 

 

The book will once again provide coverage of every match played in AFLW2 as well as feature articles, interviews, opinion and insights into the games, the league, the season and the players themselves.

 

There is still time to contribute as a writer to be published in this groundbreaking book that is the only one of its kind in covering the AFLW Season.

 

We accept writers of all abilities and experience so please contact our Women’s Footy Editor, Kasey Symons if you want to write a match report for any game.

 

Additionally, we are seeking pitches from writers who would like to produce opinion or feature pieces on different aspects of AFLW. These can be personal experiences, focused on the greater issues of the game or looking at it’s cultural impact.

 

We would also love to publish something from a junior player or two.
