Almanac Semi-Final Lunch: *Today* Friday (Sep 15) with Ray Card and Moose Henwood

Well, this lunch is turning into something. Gathering momentum by the hour.

If you’re looking to prepare for Friday night’s semi between Geelong and Sydney, start with the Footy Almanac Odd Friday Lunch at the North Fitzroy Arms. (Easy tram ride – Either Tram 11 from Collins St, or Tram 96 from Bourke St)

Our special guests are Cats’ Past Players’ President Ray Card and former Swan Wayne ‘Moose’ Henwood who has, like Ray, continued to be involved in footy since retiring as a player. Perc will be dining with us as well.

We’re looking forward to an afternoon of conversation over lunch and a few drinks. All welcome. Tell your Cats and Swans friends:

Where: North Fitzroy Arms Hotel, 296 Rae St, North Fitzroy
When:  Friday, Sep 15, 12.30 for 1pm
Cost:  $40 for three courses, with drinks at bar prices
[email protected]
Or phone the pub directly on 94864501

Ray is looking magnificent but I couldn’t find a footy card or decent footy image for Moose so had to go with a legal context. Does anyone have one? [Thanks Rocket and Swish – one from his Glenelg days.]

Rushall Station is walking distance from the pub. The train will drop you off at Jolimont Station.
