Dear Footy-lovers,

Messrs Trethewie, Kelly, Kenny, Guest, Steele and Sealy (aka The Brain, Sos, Stinky, Member, Steelo & the Seal) will again be visiting Melbourne on football business this year for Round 8 and would be delighted if you were able to join us for lunch on Friday 12th May (or even drop in for a drink or two and a bit of a chin-wag later in the day).

Our Footy Almanac contact, The Brain, has liaised with John Harms (of Footy Almanac and ABC Offsiders fame) to organise a football lunch. We’ll be posing the question: is Percy Jones the greatest living Tasmanian?

Where: North Fitzroy Arms Hotel, 296 Rae St Fitzroy North. Mine host Peter “Percy” Jones.

When: 12.30 for 1pm – Friday 12th May.

$40 for three courses

Although the Footy Almanac mob usually meet on odd-numbered Fridays, John will be hosting a special Tassie themed lunch for the interstate visitors.

For restaurant booking purposes it would be appreciated if you could advise your attendance or tender an apology by responding to the email rsvp@footyalmanac.com.au

North Fitzroy Arms – still in good form.
