The Footy Almanac Podcast – Episode 16

After an unavoidable hiatus, the ‘Knackers are back on the couch and “shaking off” the cobwebs.

This week’s guest is journalist and former presenter/producer with ABC’s Radio Australia: Jill Scanlon.

As well as talking about the work Radio Australia does, Jill also gives us some insights into just how big sport is in the Pacific region – and how Australian rules is taking off in places like Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Needless to say, Jill had a considerable interest in the recent AFL International Cup – won by Papua New Guinea (Men) and Canada (Women).

Lunching for Australia, this is your Footy Almanac podcast.
