Comments

  1. Went to pour a cup of tea and Ponting wasn’t in.

Came back to the telly and Ponting wasn’t in.

Second Innings will be his last.

    Short odds on that JTH.

  2. Skip of Skipton says

You missed Punter’s lovely leg-side shot for four off his first ball, Phantom. Warner was no good and unsuitable for test cricket last week. A week is a long time in cricket.

  3. Poor old Ricky looked like Jimmy Higgs facing Sir Richard Hadlee at the MCG in about 1980. He made a straight break look unplayable.

    Sad to see.

  4. Peter Flynn says

On the Wahringer Strasse, all the talk is about the extraordinary rate of scoring.

    Test cricket has gone mad.

Is Warner the new Roy Fredericks?

  5. Geez, that Harms is a fair dinkum genius. The draw was always the go. Pattinson got on at the 20/1 at the end of Day 1 and then feigned the Day 3 side strain to make it a good thing.
Extra dim sims on the menu at the Harms and Pattinson households tonight.
“The draw is the go and leave Australia alone.” I reckon Ollie took plenty of that.
