  1. I have been looking forward to Delhi ever since Melbourne’s Commonwealth Games and would be sad if it stopped.

    Yes, we stop to consider who loses from these deals as well as who wins.

    140,000 people in the slums of India.

    And “resettling” being the polite word for it.

    This is effectively the sequel to the World Cup, which is also in a less developed country.
