Gareth Andrews joins Melbourne Superules FC

Richmond premiership star and Geelong vice-president Gareth Andrews (also of Life Again) is joining the Melbourne Superules Club for one night only – to speak about Life Again and his time as a Cat and a Tiger.

Gareth will speak after training on team selection night next Wednesday, June 26, from 7.30pm. There will be a $10 meal available and the bar will be open. A $5 levy for Gareth’s Life Again foundation will also be collected. Venue: Ross Gregory Oval (“Powerhouse” ground) at the St.Kilda end of Albert Park lake. Diagonally opposite the Junction oval.

Melbourne Superules member Chris Bracher offers an extender invitation to all Knackers but would appreciate an RSVP here.

Chris has further good news:

“Anyone who fancies re-connecting with their youth and rolling around in the Ross Gregory Oval mud for a training session beforehand (joining in with our mob of over-35s, over 40s and the over-47 Legends – coached by the one and only Milan Faletic (ex St.Kilda and Port Magpies) are very welcome.

“A chance for many to remember what showering with a group of men under a pathetic stream of tepid water on a muddy concrete floor is like!

“Turning up early won’t go unrewarded either…refer aforementioned bar!”
